We offer a 30 day money guarantee on all of our products. If you are not happy with your purchase simply contact us at info@beego.ie and we will start the refund process.
We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within 5-10 working days of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.
If you need to return an item, simply email us at info@beego.ie with your order reference, We'll notify you via e-mail of the next steps to complete your refund.

We ship within The Rep of Ireland via DPD which is normally delivered within 2-3 working days.
When you place an order, we will add the shipping rate at checkout which is currently Euro 7.99 anywhere within Ireland.
